I
was not in class today, but based on my fellow classmates’ comments, it appears
the discussion was an extension of our previous one regarding religion.
Personally, I would definitely prefer to know for certain if God exists. That
enlightenment would make me know whether praying or going to services served a
true purpose. If I knew for sure that He was real, I would practice more that I
do now. If the reverse were true, I would practice much less. I know it is
bizarre to think about, but what if the events that take place in horror movies
regarding the devil, hell, etc. were true, perhaps to a lesser or even equal
extent?
