I finally understand the wall. It is such an easy concept once
explained and it made me think how crazy it is that it is so hard to conceive
an idea that doesn’t have a proper name given to it. After the demonstration of
the wall in class we all instantly knew what it was but because there is no
common name for the concept it was hard for many of us to understand it at
first. That reminds me of the “concept of 2..and 4 etc” we had today.
Everything around us is conceivable because we make it conceivable and because
it is comforting to have answers to everything. The truth is it is irrational
to have answers for everything because everything in a sense is just made up by
humans anyway so how is it possible to wait for answers to just pop up out of
no where when everything we’ve come to know has been created and passed down by
man.
