Ryan Pearson NFTU Thursday

Today we continued our discussion regarding how advantageous freedom of choice is. This shifted to the subject of school and how we are not progressing and learning new things by studying the same as the people before us. Great minds like Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, and Bill Gates took a different path, via their freedom of choice. Einstein was told he would never amount to anything when he was younger. Neither Jobs nor Gates completed school. Both became successful as dropouts. What I am trying to say is, ironically, sometimes where we go to learn can do nothing but inhibit our attainability of success. Like we mentioned in class, every so often someone has to be brave enough to stand out and take their own path to lead humanity forward. Our “greatest advantage” is what has allowed us to succeed thus far and is what will continue to allow us to succeed in the future.
