Isa's Debate Reaction

It was difficult trying to be partial during a debate when I know where I firmly stand on the topic at hand. Ken Ham seemed intelligent and articulate, but I just could not reconcile with his beliefs. His arguments were pretty clear, but he seemed to be skirting around the main question... Why is this more believable than Bill Nye's, and the general scientific consensus,beliefs? We only saw the opening 30 minutes of the debate, so it is premature to say Ken Ham has started badly. But again, it is very difficult listening to one's beliefs when I am so firmly in my own. I almost wanted to roll my eyes at some of his statements... hopefully, I wont be saying the same about Bill Nye's.
