Keri's fourth post

In the next pages of "Notes from the Underground" by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, readers are exposed to the judgmental yet shy side of the narrator. He dramatizes encounters with random people and even visits his friend Simonov's house uninvited. Readers are exposed to his history as a lonely and isolated child. He tells us about how he was very judgmental. I really enjoyed the quote where he said that he would not give in to the other children like they were giving in to each other. It spoke to me while reading it since I view myself as a person who makes her own decisions that may not be in accordance with what other people think.
I thought it was intense when the narrator invited himself into his former friend's dinner plan. He is hesitant after he does this because he is not sure he is ready to see Zverkov, a person he viewed as a huge bully in his younger years. He believes he is ready to confront him but quickly becomes hesitant when the event nears. It will be intriguing to see what befalls him and the rest of the characters in the upcoming pages.
